Your privacy is important to us. CarryPool and IMP Intelligence are trading names of Investment Management Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales.

When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, phone number and job title. We use these details to send you our compensation reports, market insights and occasional updates about our products, and to understand the roles and firms reading our research. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record on a suppression list so we don’t contact you again.

We use trusted service providers (such as our email platform) to deliver the mailer. They process your data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place under UK GDPR. Beyond these providers, we don’t share your information with anyone, except where required by law.

We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed. Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or restrict our use of it.
